Junje Loveres, owner of a growing business in Tabaco City and a proud father of two makes another life successful with his helping hands and influencing strategies to move forward. His story bridged another life enthused. He owns a shop in Cormidal Tabaco City. He has four workers who create brand new three-wheeled sidecar known in the city as “padjak”.
More than the native product of Tabaco (Tabak), padjak becomes one of the growing industries which turn out to be part of Tabaqueños life. With Junje’s determination and perseverance, he grows the business for 30 long years.
His hard work has been paid off having financial stability and good educational plans for his children. He was able to let his son study in his dream university, the University of the Philippines.
There is always a trade-off after the up-and-coming he had. He pulled out another father of making his own journey thriving in clover. His oldest worker Raul Bueno, whom he treated as part of his success, is a father of six.
Raul also upticks his children with perseverance and determination creating a change of his fortune and he is by then thankful for the encouragement of his boss. He aged to create professionals which he said to be his passion ever since he planned to raise his own home, his own family.
“It is really what I wanted, maybe my desire as a father. I am happy seeing my children in school learning new things which I failed to do before.”
And by now, he has three licensed teachers, one social worker and two others who merely belong in the business professions. It is then be fruitful to have the product of his hard work.
Whether Raul has cracks his sole and mislays his built as a man he still has the greatest framework of a father. Determination connotes the strength and will with which you hold to your cherished goals and pursue them with perseverance. Its strength is determined to the extent you work against odds and succeed. It is where both Raul and Junje have, the greatest gift and valuable asset of a man and more than it, being a father.
